Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns on refund. If for any reason your kurta doesn't fit perfectly, we'd be happy to exchange it for another size, subject to availability. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

If there are fit or size issues, and we don't have your desired size in stock, we'll process a full refund.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with clear pictures within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a return and exchange or refund.

Note: Any issue with the product, contact us within 7 days from the day of delivery. Even a day past day 7,  we'll be unable to accept the return for exchange.

To exchange your item, we request you to ship the product from your end. Once the order is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify the receival along with it's approval or rejection. If it is approved, then your exchange will be processed.
